Ryanair Warns of Flight Cuts During Summer Peak Travel Season on Boeing Delays

Ryanair Holdings Plc warned it could be forced to scale back its schedule in the peak summer travel season amid delays in new jet deliveries from Boeing Co.

Irish discount carrier may receive as few as 40,737 Max jets before end of June, Chief Executive Officer Michael O’Leary he said. Like last month, Ryanair he remained “Reasonably confident” Boeing will deliver 50 new jets for the summer, after a disaster near the beginning of January forced the American aircraft manufacturer to slow down production. The airline was initially expected to take delivery of 57 Max jets between summer 2023 and 2024.
