PAHS Pet Of The Week Is Joey!

FROM PAHS

PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMAN SHELTER

Joey is PAHS Featured Pet of the Week for Mar 17. May the Luck of the Irish be with you today.

Joey is a 6 month old male Lab/Bulldog mix who must be neutered prior to adoption. He is a returned owner because his former owner could no longer take care of him. Joey is white with large brown spots; he is a handsome man! He weighs 38 pounds and we believe he will be a large adult dog weighing at least 60 pounds. Joey is friendly and sweet. However, it is also high energy, so we would suggest that it not be in a household with younger children. Joey gets along well with other dogs; and he likes to have a canine playmate. He is leash trained and house trained. Joey is a great big boy who is ready for a home and family of his own.

Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires) , and a courtesy veterinary examination at participating offices. Your pet will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption; or you will be given a spay/neuter certificate which will help with the cost of spay/neuter. Unless otherwise indicated in “special needs”, our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
