The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Rico.
Handsome Rico is about nine months old. He was adopted by the SPCA as a puppy but was sadly returned because he was not socialized. Rich takes a minute to warm up to new people, but he really likes to play with other animals. Rico is house trained and knows his basic commands.
