Calusa Garden Club 2024 scholarship applications due

Calusa Garden Club of Marco Island announces its annual scholarship program for seniors graduating in 2024. The Club awards two scholarships of $1,500 each to high school seniors residing in Marco Island. Students can attend high school at any local school.

Eligible students are those interested in pursuing higher education in botany, conservation, ecology, forestry, horticulture, landscaping or architecture, marine biology, urban planning, public health, science, education, non-profit or environmental law, or a related field. Scholarship applications can be obtained from Marianne Foley by email at jjmfoley@aol.com and are available on our Calusa Garden Club website, calusa.org.

The deadline for scholarship applications is February. 23.

Calusa Garden Club of Marco Island is a member of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs. Membership is open to persons interested in horticulture, floral design and environmental affairs resident 5 months or more in Collier County. The club meets on the second Monday of the months from October to April.
