UK Storm Ciaran Hits Travel With Train, Flight Cancellations

UK travelers are set to experience disruption to trains, planes and ships as a major storm bears down on the island.

The Met Office has issued amber and yellow weather warnings across the country due to Storm Ciaran, and warned that winds of 70 to 80 miles per hour are possible along the southern coast of England. Heavy rain is also expected in many parts of the UK, including most of southern and western England, Wales, north-east England and eastern Scotland.
