Teenager robbed at knifepoint for his bike

Officers investigating a burglary in Long Eaton are appealing for witnesses and information.

The theft happened between 18.30 and 19.00 in Bridge Street when a man threatened a teenager with a knife and told him to give him his bike.

The man was wearing all black clothing and a black balaclava.

The police said:

“We have now released an image of the bike that was stolen in an attempt to trace it. It is described as Carrera Hustle 1 with a gray colored frame with green detailing.

“Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information about the theft, as well as anyone who may have been offered the bike for sale.”
