KAMLOOPS – Five and a half years since a bicycle was stolen from a shed on Ord Road in Kamloops, it has been successfully returned to its rightful owner.
In April 2018, a mother reported that her daughter’s black and purple Giant had been stolen. October 23, 2023 was found.
“The serial number provided by the victim was the key to being able to identify the bike as stolen and return it to its rightful owner,” said Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Corporal Crystal Evelyn.
The bike was found abandoned at a motel in the 1800 block of Trans Canada Highway East.
