Responding to the significant increase in support requests beginning in 2024, the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA (HBSPCA) is expanding its community assistance programs, such as the Pet Food Pantry and Pet Wellness Clinics, to help address the crisis of the accessibility of the animals that have experienced the animals and their animals. families
