NAWT Watford pet rescue seeks home for ex-racing greyhound

I am a very lucky girl because I am comfortable in a foster home while I wait for my new home, rather than living in a kennel. My foster home has a small cockerpoo sized dog in it that gets along very well with me. This means that I could live with another dog in my house forever, as long as we get along well during the visits here at the center and the visits at home.

I can live with older children who will respect my space and let me come to them so I can learn to trust them. I can’t live with cats though, as my hare nature makes me want to hunt them.

I’m not used to being left alone, but it’s something I have to work on in my foster home. When I move to my new house, I’d like to have someone around most of the time to begin with so I can settle in. I have done very well with my toilet training as well to prepare for my first proper home.
