MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv has approved Filipinos against going to Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Golan Heights, and areas near Gaza and Lebanon amid the heightened security situation in Israel and the region .
In a notice posted on Facebook Saturday, the embassy advised Filipinos to postpone or avoid travel to these areas in Jerusalem – the Temple Mount, Damascus Gate, Herod’s Gate, Al Wad Road, the Musrara Road and East Jerusalem.
