Burlington’s latest off-leash park is now open.
After months of preparation, the new dog area is available at Hidden Valley Park.
The long-anticipated pet playground is located next to the Burlington Model Railway Club along Hidden Valley Road.
The site has long been anticipated as Burlington’s next off-leash park and follows lobbying efforts by several area residents who have pointed out the park’s popularity and high use by dog walkers.
The new off-leash includes:
- At 0.15 hectares (less than a quarter the size of a football field)
- Double entry/exit enclosure
- Accessible park benches
- 6 foot high chain link fence surrounding the area
The site also has easy access to parking and is centrally located in the Aldershot community.
