Dirt bike rider seriously injured in McCarran Blvd crash in Sparks

SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) -A motorcyclist was seriously injured after being hit on McCarran Boulevard in Sparks Saturday morning.

Nevada State Police said the dirt bike rider was turning from Wedekind Road onto McCarran Boulevard when a vehicle struck the rider from behind.

The crash happened around 7:59 am

The rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Other details were not immediately available.
