Cubby ready to break out of shell with new owner

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Kansas Humane Society Communications Director Jordan Bani-Younes brought Cubby, a dog, to KSN’s Pet Project Thursday afternoon. He is 10 pounds and 1.5 years old.

“It’s very, very sweet,” Bani-Younes said.

Bani-Younes says Cubby is a bit shy at first.

“When I met him earlier today, he was a bit standoffish,” Bani-Younes said. “But five minutes into his kennel, he was already in my lap.”

The Kansas Humane Society website has more details Cubby.
