Manny – an adult male Chihuahua – was surrendered to the rescue center when his owner was overwhelmed by too many dogs.
According to the Tri-County Animal Rescue Center, Manny is looking for a peaceful home.
He was not socialized much, but he enjoyed the attention of the volunteers.
Their vaccinations are up to date.
