Chandigarh: A miscreant, who allegedly stole a scooter from near the Japanese Garden, Sector 31, has been arrested. In his complaint to the police, Rahul, a resident of Phase II, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh, stated that he had parked his scooter near the garden in Sector 31. A case under section 379, 411 of the IPC was registered at PS- 31, Chandigarh. The accused has been identified as Armaan Mani of Sector 29.
