The next meeting of the Garden Club of Wiscasset will be the January 4 in Fellowship Hall of the Congregational Church, 28 High St. in Wisconsin. There is a short business meeting at 12:30 p.m and the program is at 1 p.m
Rebecca Jacobs, program director of Knox-Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation, will present a program on “Rain Garden Installation and Best Practices.” Participants will learn the proper way to install a rain garden to help solve runoff and water in your yard.
The public is invited free of charge. Refreshments follow the program.
